“Working with Wojtek was a standout experience for me. As a tech lead, he truly stands out. His talent for simplifying complex tech concepts is remarkable, and his designs consistently hit the mark. What I really appreciate about Wojtek is his approachability. He’s got this calm and friendly manner that makes working with him a pleasure. He’s equally at ease handling calls with clients as he is discussing tech details with the team, which is a rare and valuable quality. Even though he wasn’t my direct manager, Wojtek’s influence is clear. He's got this way of diving into the technical details while never losing sight of the overall goal. It’s a balance I admire and try to bring to my own work now. Wojtek's soft skills really set him apart. In the tech world, it’s not just about how much you know, but how you work with others, and he’s a master at both. He has a natural ability to keep things calm and focused, even when deadlines are tight or challenges pop up. He’s a true asset to any team.”

Education
As a researcher, I explored the most efficient way to migrate a collection of over 600 documents (surveys, wordlists) in MS Word format to web-ready XML, and implemented it in Python. I also wrote a report detailing my findings.
I made use of a number of tools/technologies, such as Visual Basic for Applications, Python, lxml, Beautiful Soup, and XML including XSLT and XSD. -
